A floorplan is a scaled diagram of a room or building viewed from the top. The plan can be of an entire building, one floor of a building, or a single room. It will normally also include measurements of the rooms, however not always. It is also possible to show furniture, appliances, built in cupboards or anything kept in the room. Floor plans are also key in communicating the flow of your space to potential buyers or renters.
